Helen Jiang
Managing Partner Over the years, Helen has helped many companies raise venture capital, complete mergers, and acquisitions, banking and financing and IPO domestically and internationally. Ms. Jiang holds a CPA, is a certified real estate appraiser, and she has studied in HK and the US on multiple occasions. In October of 2009, Helen was awarded “2008 Hangzhou Agency Industrial Model ”by Hangzhou Municipal Government.  In October of 2009, Helen was engaged as one of law expert members of consultation team in relation to listing business in Hangzhou by Hangzhou Municipal Finance Office.
