Establish Joint-Venture Company (“JV”) Foreign direct investment（”FDI”）promotes the process of domestic companies’ internationalization and Cross-national Companies’ Localization. Confuway provides the following legal services for the establishment of joint venture companies including but not limited to:
Ø Inform and consult the JV of the PRC laws and regulations governing establishment and operation of JVs;
Ø Assist sponsors in designing the capital structure of the joint venture;
Ø Assist communication and negotiation of incorporation matters between the JV parties;
Ø Assist the JV parties in their consultations and negotiations with local government departments over resources required for operations and preferential policies;
Ø Draft, amend and review legal documents needed in the JV incorporation including but not limited to the drafting of minutes, memos, the JV contract, the Articles of Association of the JV, trademark and/or patent licensing agreements, lease agreements, land purchasing agreements, and others;
