| Overseas Listing Compared with domestic listing, overseas listing has the advantages of time efficiency and growth oriented. Companies increasingly choose to raise capital in the overseas stock exchange markets. Confuway provides the following legal services for overseas listing transactions including, but not limited to:
Ø Assist the company in formulating proposal for overseas listing or provide legal opinions ;
